Year 2 have enjoyed a wonderful World Book Day, despite the chairs quitting! Following on from work we completed around the book ‘The Day The Crayons Quit’, the children arrived at school to find that the chairs had quit. It seems that they got bit fed up with not being tucked in and sometimes being rocked on. Hopefully they will be back soon, as the children have written letters explaining how they will take better care of them in the future.
