The children took part in celebrating National Fitness Day on Wednesday 20th September. They all had discussions about ‘What health means to me’ and we had a whole school Zumba session that both children and staff took part in. We hope everyone had fun! Here are some comments from the children:

At the end of the day everyone enjoyed class yoga and discussions around mental health and bringing calmness into your day.
