Hello everyone!
Well, here we are, the second half of the summer term has arrived already! I hope that you have all had a relaxing half term break and have enjoyed the sunshine.
This week’s music was suggested to me by a year 4 student – he told me that it was his favourite song and it has been stuck in my brain all of half term! I love this song and it really makes me want to move along with the music. With this in mind, I decided to use it as our music of the week. So this week we have “Eye of the Tiger” by an American band called Survivor. I’m sure that most of you will recognise this song but did you know that it was used as the theme song for a very famous 1980s film? I wonder if the grown-ups know which film I’m talking about?
