Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher/ Leader – Maternity Cover

The Headteacher and Governors at Keep Hatch Primary School wish to appoint an Early Years Leader to be in role on a specific purpose contract to cover maternity leave, from 01 Sept 2024.  The school are looking for somebody who:

  • Has the drive and energy to be an outstanding practitioner and can develop the Early years Foundation Stage into a  centre of excellence
  • Leads by example and is an inspiration to both children and staff
  • Is committed to improving teaching and raising standards through the setting of high expectations
  • Has a ‘toolbox’ of ideas to help improve the EYFS and the willingness to immerse themselves into the life of the school
  • Is looking to develop leadership skills

  • Leading The Early Years Phase
