Lunch – Menus and Registration

The Pantry is our brand-new school meals provider, who prepares fresh, healthy meals daily for our pupils.   School meals are currently free for Reception - Year 6 for the academic year 2025-26.

Here is an introduction from our new providers:

Hello, and welcome to The Pantry!

We’re the School Meals provider for Keep Hatch Primary School, and we’re delighted to welcome you to our catering services!

The Pantry are an independently-owned, family-run business, that starting out as a simple Sandwich Shop on Hayes High Street in 2006. From those humble beginnings, we now proudly partner with over 170 Schools across the length and breadth of England.

Our core values have never changed - we ensure every menu that we provide is nutritionally-balanced, filling and appetising, and we’ll work with your School and the parents to deliver dishes that reflect what the children really want to eat. All The Pantry’s ingredients come from the very best, traceable sources, and your children will be eating fresh, sustainable, and high-quality meals each and every day.

We will be informing parents early in the new year, before the children start, about how to order school lunches.

If you have queries relating to any aspect of your child’s lunch, please call in at the school office where staff will be able to assist.
