National Fitness Day 2025 💪🏼

We have had a wonderful energetic day. The children really enjoyed spending the day completing a fitness circuit, standing in lessons and joining in with Hatchercise – yoga, dancing etc. 

Some of the children commented on what health and fitness meant to them –

“It is Fun 🙂” 

“Being fit is good for the body because it helps stretch and really makes you feel happy.” 

“Being active and energetically expressing yourself while you get stronger, both physically and mentally” 

“It can help with your mental health and your wellbeing. And we love doing PE twice a week.
