The girls were able to have a taster at Boxercise, Team games, Football and Stretch and Relax. The girls had loads of fun and said- 

“I enjoyed the Stretch and Relax as it was relaxing and calming” 

“I want to go to come classes as I’ve had lots of fun” 

“I liked football because it was fun” 

“I enjoyed the football because it was exciting”

“I want to go to the gym because I can now see how fun it is and it keeps me fit”
