On Thursday 11 October, a group of Year 4 children represented Keep Hatch at a football festival against other schools from Reading and Wokingham. They got off to a fantastic start winning the first game 3-0. They quickly followed this by a 1-0 win. The next game was a very unlucky 1-0 loss but they were soon back to their winning ways, winning their next game 2-0. The final game was cut short due to lack of time but both teams scored a goal beforehand.
The quality of the football was good and the teamwork excellent but best of all throughout the afternoon the boys were seen with beaming smiles. Well done to all of the boys and thank you to the parents for their support.
