This morning the Robins and Blackbirds took on the roles of architects and decorators, building some of London’s most famous landmarks. The children were most imaginative in their use of the recycling items that had been sent in to school. Along with the help of some of the parents, the children showed off (and improved) their design technology skills which included; cutting, sticking, attaching and designing. We are really impressed with the children’s efforts and look forward to displaying the landmarks as part of our Year 1 sharing assembly on Tuesday 21st May. Here’s a taster of the buildings in progress. If you would like to see the completed models you will have to wait until next week’s assembly.
