The Puffins and Sparrows have been busy learning about India. We have enjoyed learning about the different landmarks, weather, traditions and animals that live in India as well as learning some Hindi. We have also been taking a closer look at some traditional Indian clothing, vegetables, spices and instruments.

Elsewhere in Foundation Stage, some exciting new role play areas have opened. Spuffin Cottage has had an extension and now includes an open plan Kitchen/ Dining area, Lounge and baby Nursery. The Dance Studio  has opened and the children are particularly enjoying showing off their dance moves and exploring sound with instruments. In addition, the Beach Cafe has opened outside which serves a selection of ice creams, sandwiches and yummy treats.
