As part of being a REAL Legacy school in PE, we are bringing you weekly cog challenges to try. The cogs represent different skills the build the whole child. The fourth cog focus is the Cognitive cog which is thinking about our actions; acknowledging, explaining and reflecting on what we do so that we can use that to help us decide what to do next.
